We are delighted to be involved with the recent LEED Gold certification awarded to Unit 628, a 40,000 sqft logistics space in Northwest Logistics Park. We were appointed by Park Developments to deliver LEED certification as the LEED AP, LEED Commissioning Agent and we also provided the ASHRAE 90.1 Energy Model.

Some key sustainable aspects of this building include the specification of low flow water efficient appliances, energy monitoring metering infrastructure, and Renewable Energy systems, in the form of PV panels.

In terms of circular-economy, 94% of project waste generated was diverted from landfill. This was achieved through a carefully planned waste management and segregation system.

This accreditation is a fantastic achievement for Park Developments who are fully committed sustainability.
