Passive Dynamics Sustainability Consultants are appointed on this project to conduct the roles of LEED AP, ASHRAE 90.1 Energy Model, Embodied Carbon Life Cycle Analysis and Commissioning Agent.
This is the very first mass-timber, multi-unit business park in Ireland which will incorporate four detached grade-A units ranging in size from 68,000 to 121,000 sq ft surrounded by heavily planted landscapes, walking and cycling tracks and sustainable transport links.
The use of timber is significantly reducing the embodied carbon of these new buildings when compared with traditional steel construction.
